All The above are nightly rates and includes full breakfasts.

Arrival after 4.30pm, Departure by 11.00am. (unless by prior arrangement).

All suites strictly no smoking, smoking in garden no problem.

No pets.

Well behaved children only.

Payment Cash/Cheque only, no facility for cards at present.

Cancellation Policy:

A £40 non refundable deposit is required when booking

Full payment is required if booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival date.

If after arrival for any reason you require an earlier departure day all nights booked must be paid for in full.(If however we are able to re-let the suite we will refund this charge).
